medium red potatoes (, cut into bite sized pieces)

green or red pepper (, cut into bite sized pieces)

garlic powder
1/2 tsp
each salt & pepper
1/2 tsp
Paprika
1/2 tsp
fresh or dried thyme
This was extremely flavorful! Once i sautéed the veggies around a little I turned it to low and covered it for probably 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. It’s hard because it tastes so good you’ll want more, luckily it’s healthy!!
