We absolutely loved these Lemon Sugar Cookies! If you really like lemon flavor (like we do) we recommend adding more lemon zest 🍋. And to get perfectly shaped cookies, we found that it is best to chill the dough for at least 10-20 minutes before baking them.
We liked these--they are very lemony! We served them warm with a berry ice cream, which was a good complement.
Soft and slightly chewy. Very light lemon flavor. I might add a bit more lemon juice next time but all in these are the perfect summer cookie!
