jarred roasted red peppers, drained

fresh thyme

goat cheese

1/4 tsp

salt

squeeze of lemon juice (~2 teaspoons)

1/2 tsp

garlic powder

Optional toppings: chopped roasted red pepper, caramelized onion, and a sprinkle if thyme!
