Carrots (peeled and cut into 1/4 in thick slices)

Thai basil, leaves

2 cans

Coconut milk

Thai curry paste

Tea. fish sauce

Serve with warm jasmine rice

Brown sugar

2 chicken breast (cooked, and sliced or shredded (i cook my chicken breasts in a crockpot then freeze whole so they are ready to use when i need them, just thaw and go))
