Easy Chicken Soup (THM FP)

INGREDIENTS

4

- cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 oz

boxes of fat free chicken broth

4 cups

vegetables (you can used canned, frozen or raw. To keep it FP use peas, green beans, zucchini, yellow squash, onion, etc)

3 tsp

or more of sea salt or THM Mineral Salt (add to your liking, salt is really important to flavor & a good quality salt is best)

1 tsp

pepper

1 tbsp

poultry seasoning (or 1 tsp each of Rosemary, Thyme & Sage)

3 tsp

garlic powder

2 tsp

curry powder (add more if you want more curry flavor)

2 tsp

turmeric powder (add more if you want more exotic flavor)

1/2 tsp

ginger powder

1/2 tsp

red pepper

tsps. of Bragg's Organic Sprinkles 24 Herbs, Spices, & Seasonings

*Optional- add fresh herbs to the soup. Cilantro or basil or fresh thyme are perfect.
