packets low carb sweetener

baking powder (based on comment, original recipe may have left this out)

oil (coconut, vegetable, grapeseed)

buttermilk

NOTES
Sub almond milk and tbl of white vinegar stir in and let stand for 5 minutes for buttermilk. Can try waffle iron. Makes 15 pancakes 3 pancakes a serving, 1.3g per serving. 1 packer sweetener = 2 tsp sugar. (2.5 tablespoons of swerve)
