egg yolks (lightly beaten, (reserve whites))
1/4 cup
whole milk or cream
Salt and pepper to taste.
Breading
1/4 cup
all-purpose flour
1 cup
bread crumbs
reserved egg whites (plus one whole egg, beaten)
