small Sweet Potatoes (cut into large chunks)

Green Curry Paste (I used this one)

fresh Spinach (tightly packed, any leafy green is lovely like swiss chard, or kale)

Salt (to taste)

Optional toppings: Coconut milk and fresh lime juice
