pumpkin purée (solid pack pumpkin)


1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice*

heavy cream

1 1/2 tsp

pure vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste)

optional: 1 tablespoon bourbon or dark rum

optional: 1 cup toasted pecans
