meat was cooked to long at 30 minutes. next time I will check meat after 20 minutes and if ready I will remove meat to rest while veggies finish cooking.

This was so good! I couldn’t find a gluten free Italian dressing mix so I made my own from scratch, and oh my gosh, so good! My husband absolutely loved this and kept raving about how much he liked it. I did read the fact that people had a problem with it being dry before hand so I reduced the cook time which helped, but still a little bit dry, but not bad.
Soooooo easy!
