Blueberry Banana Bread with Almond Milk and Coconut Oil

agave nectar

1/4 cup

coconut oil

eggs, at room temperature

Greek yogurt

4 tbsp

almond milk

1 tsp

vanilla extract

1/2 tsp

ground cinnamon (this is optional if cinnamon isn't your thing, leave it out)

1/2 cup

very ripe banana, mashed (1 large)

1 cup

frozen blueberries (I used frozen)

1/2 tbsp

sugar (optional, for sprinkling on top)
