A huge hit! I took it to a new mom for their dinner too and she loved it and asked for the recipe.
Used a little spicy brown instead of Dijon and added a little bbq sauce

It was a big hit. The whole family liked it. I left the glaze off to be used more as a dip for those who wanted it.
Substituted cornflakes for panko and tapioca flour for all purpose flour.
