INGREDIENTS

Egg White - 110 grams (approx 3 large egg whites)

Cream of Tartar - 1/8 tsp (optional)

50 g

Fine white sugar -

Powder Sugar/ Confectioners Sugar / Icing Sugar - 200 grams (1 cup)

Almond meal - 100 grams  (1 cup)

1/2 tsp

Orange Zest -

1/2 tsp

and Orange Extract -

Note: You can add the orange zest either into the batter or as a garnish sprinkled on top of the piped shells.

Orange gel Color - few drops
