Approximately 5 ounces deli roast beef
Approximately 8-10 slices provolone cheese
1 tsp
olive oil

medium onion, diced (about 1/2 cup)
1 clove
garlic, minced

beef stock (I like using low-sodium)

tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
soy sauce

beef bullion cubes, optional but adds great flavor
Salt and pepper,
