Amazing! Soft fluffy flatbread. Used green onions/scallions instead of parsley. Also awesome plain! Half recipe created 8 roughly 6-7” pieces of flatbread that fit a 12” cast iron perfectly for easy flipping! I may experiment next without yeast and sugar and see how they turn out!
