Chicken breasts, boneless skinless

Cream of chicken soup, condensed

Salsa

1 tsp

Cumin

1 cup

Cheddar cheese

Sour cream

1 1/2 cups

NOTES

  • 10/10. Added 2 large chicken breasts (almost 2 lbs), 2 cans of corn, garlic pepper, about 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, used chicken broth instead of water. After chicken was shredded, added about 1 cup of half and half. Didn’t stir the cheese in, just served on top. Topped with cheese, sour cream, tortilla strips, lime wedges, and avocado.
