Breakfast Potatoes {Texas Style}

onion (diced)

red bell pepper (chopped)

jalapenos (seeded and diced (can use 1 green bell pepper instead if you don't want the heat.))

Salt and pepper

taco seasoning ((use either the package or make your own.))

Chopped green onions to garnish
