sprouted whole wheat flour (One Degree Organics brand used)

1 1/2 tbsp

baking powder

3/4 tsp

pink salt

1/8 tsp

cinnamon

1/4 tsp

nutmeg

Wet:

medium banana

1 cup

soymilk or almondmilk (plain flavor - do not use a fat free variety)

1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

1 tsp

apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup

virgin coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp

light brown or coconut sugar, organic

Filling:

3/4 cup

light brown or coconut sugar, organic

2 tbsp

vegan butter, softened

1 1/2 tsp

cinnamon - enough to blanket the surface of the rolled out cinnamon rolls - about

Frosting: (double frosting recipe for extra frosting)

1/3 cup

vegan cream cheese

1/3 cup

organic powdered sugar

3 tbsp

soy or almond milk

1/8 tsp

vanilla extract

On Top: 1 tsp coconut oil bits over top rolls before baking

Greasing Dish: 1 tsp coconut oil
