mls | 1 cup Tamari (, be sure to use the gluten-free variety if you are gluten intolerant. Dark soy sauce can be used as an alternative to Tamari and you can use a low sodium variety too if you wish)

sesame oil (, it's here for the flavour. You can omit to make this recipe oil-free)
