salted, square crackers of choice (Salada's, Premium, etc)

380 g

tin of caramel fill topping (or pre made caramel sauce of choice)

x 375 gram block of white cooking chocolate

1/2 tsp

vanilla essence

sea salt to cover

The 'Healthy' Version" (Vegan, Gluten Free)

125 g

crispbread crackers of choice (I've used Ogran essential Fiber Crispbread)

Homemade caramel sauce (see below)*

Homemade white chocolate (see link above recipe)

sea salt to cover

1/2 cup

coconut sugar (or dark brown sugar)

2 tbsp

water

1 tbsp

coconut oil (or butter)
