Quesadilla cheese

Shredded mozzarella
15 ozs
Caicique Crema Mexicana
10 ozs
Mild green chilis
1 Cup
Salsa verde
1 tsp
Cumin
1/2 tsp
Chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Oven ready lasagna noodles
NOTES
the chicken mixture does spread super easy with a spatula, so I just used my hands to disperse it. also, I wished I would’ve had lime to squeeze on top!
