diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)

black beans (drained & rinsed)

chicken broth
1 1/2 cups
frozen corn
1/4 cup
chopped cilantro
1/4 cup
chopped green onions
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
cumin
Shredded lettuce, avocado, sour cream, lime wedges, shredded cheese, etc
cilantro lime rice or any rice you prefer
NOTES
We cooked it in the instant pot with chicken thighs. It was a little watery with the chicken stock. I removed some of the broth and added a block of cream cheese plus 3tbsp water/cornstarch for thickener.
