salt, to taste

Jerk or Creole seasoning, cayenne, chili powder, etc. optional and to taste

grated Parmesan cheese (fresh or green can)

sour cream, Greek yogurt, or mayo (I used lite sour cream)

wasabi paste or wasabi sauce, or to taste
