20 Minute Taco Pasta

INGREDIENTS

1 lb

ground beef

1/4 cup

dried minced onions

1 tsp

garlic powder

Salt and pepper

1 28 ounce can

of diced tomatoes

1 4.5 ounce can

of chopped green chiles (I used mild but you can always use spicy if you want a kick!)

1 8 ounce can

of tomato sauce

1 14 ounce can

of chicken broth

1

packet of taco seasoning

1 14 ounce can

of undrained black beans

1 cup

frozen corn

1

box of Barilla Pronto Penne Pasta

1/2 cup

+ 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, divided (I used sharp but this would also be delicious with mild)

Optional garnishes: chopped green onions and crumbled tortilla chips
