Quick prep and short cook time for a fast and delicious meal. We added chili paste and extra veggies (like snow peas and almost double the broccoli amount but will add even more next time around).
We really enjoyed this! It took less than 30 min total and was delicious. We added chili paste and used shiitake mushrooms. We also used more veggies than it calls for, and next time we will add even more. The chicken was very tender and flavorful.
Flavor was kinda boring, not saucy enough for me
Loved it. May not have cooked my noodles long enough, not sure because I have never used rice noodles. Of course all my kids picked something out but overall everyone enjoyed it. And it was easy.
This was good! Next time I’ll make a little more sauce since my husband and I both agreed it could use a bit more. I love that you can use whatever veggies you have on hand. (Add more veggies than it calls for.)
This is a quick, veggie filled, gluten free dinner option that our family really enjoys. We like it with double the sauce and more vegetables than the recipe calls for...just use whatever you like and have on hand!
