Banana Peanut Butter Milkshake (Lactose Free!)

ripe bananas broken into 1 inch chunks and frozen (at least 3-4 hours, but you can stock up ahead of time when a banana gets over ripe by peeling them and freezing them in advance. They are great for Frozen Smoothies of all kinds.)

1/2 cup

creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 cups

almond milk (my preference) or water
