vegetable oil

garlic (minced)

low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup
water
2 tbsp
rice vinegar
1/4 cup
dark brown sugar
2 tbsp
cornstarch
Quick and easy. I only use 1 Tablespoon of the cornstarch or sauce gets gelatinous as it cools off.
