onion powder
2 tsp
salt (I like to use coarse Kosher)
3 tsp
minced garlic
1/2 tsp
ground pepper
OTHER SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 15 ounce can
tomato sauce
1 15 ounce can
diced tomatoes (I like the petite diced the best)
1/4 cup
fresh chopped basil
FOR THE CHEESE MIXTURE:
1 cup
cottage cheese
1 cup
mozzarella cheese
1
egg
2 tbsp
Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp
fresh basil
Top with additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses
