sprig fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme

shredded cheese (I used cheddar and 2 Tbl. goat cheese)

1 handful

fresh spinach or kale

Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning

salt & pepper
