avocado oil for frying (or coconut oil)

herbs: sage or rosemary (black pepper* (or garnish with fresh diced green onion, cilantro))

optional: top with yogurt (dairy-free (vegan) or sour cream)

*for AIP omit black pepper (top with a coconut based yogurt)
