macaroni pasta noodles, cooked and cooled

3/4 cup

mayonnaise

1/4 cup

plain greek yogurt

2 tbsp

red wine vinegar

1 tsp

garlic powder

salt and pepper,

large tomatoes or 4-5 roma tomatoes, deseeded and chopped into ¼" bites

pieces of cooked bacon, crumbled

garnish with lettuce, chopped
