chocolate milk, preferable organic and high quality (200-250 ml)

frozen strawberries

ice cubes
1 tsp
high quality cocoa powder
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract or beans from 1/2 pod
1 tsp
peanut butter (can be substituted with 8 soaked almonds)
1 tbsp
cocoa nibs (optional)
TIP: If you don’t wanna use chocolate milk you can substitute it with; 3/4 milk + 1 Tbsp cocoa powder + 1-2 Tbsp honey/agave
