Red bell peppers

Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles

1/2 cup

Rice, cooked

low sodium taco seasoning packet, low sodium

1 cup

Cheddar cheese


NOTES

  • Put in 1 cup of white rice instead of 1/2 cup. Was spicy with rotel. Only use red peppers. Good!
