raw pecans (or walnuts)

1 cup

unsweetened coconut flakes

3 tbsp

pure maple syrup

1/4 tsp

fine grain sea salt

zest of 1 lime or about 1 and 1/2-2 tbsp

1/2 tsp

pure vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups

raw cashews (soaked in water for at least an hour, and drained)

1 cup

organic coconut cream (*or thick part only of 15 oz can coconut milk)

1/2 cup

pure maple syrup

Grated zest of 2 limes (about 3 tbsp)

1/2 cup

lime juice or key lime juice (fresh)

2 tbsp

organic coconut oil (either refined or unrefined)

generous pinch sea salt
