diced fire roasted tomatoes ((1 can))

vegetable or chicken broth (low sodium)

hot sauce (such as Tabasco or Sriracha)

large shrimp (shelled and deveined but keep tails on)

mussels (scrubbed and soaked)

clams (scrubbed and soaked)

fresh parsley for garnish (chopped)
