Tofu That Tastes Good: Stir-Fry

Ginger, fresh

2 cups

Green beans

(396 g) package Tofu, firm or extra-firm

1 tbsp

Agave or maple syrup

1/4 cup

Soy sauce, low-sodium

2 tbsp

Brown sugar, organic

1 cup

Carrots or red pepper

1 tbsp

Cornstarch

2 tbsp

Sesame oil, toasted


NOTES

  • Use firm tofu with some ground turkey

    Not soft tofu and not extra firm

    Add some ginger and scallions

    Pretty easy to make and good entry level tofu dish
