Soy sauce, low-sodium

Carrots or red pepper

Cornstarch
2 tbsp
Sesame oil, toasted
NOTES
Use firm tofu with some ground turkey
Not soft tofu and not extra firm
Add some ginger and scallions
Pretty easy to make and good entry level tofu dish
