can chickpeas (or other bean) well rinsed and drained

cherry tomato halves (cut in wedges if they are larger)

colorful bell peppers, chopped

roasted red peppers (from a jar) chopped

salt and fresh cracked pepper

crumbled feta cheese

garnish

fresh thyme
