julienned carrots ((or diced))

5 cups

chicken stock ((I always use Better Than Bouillon paste))

salt and pepper to taste ((I used about 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper))

1/4 tsp

hot pepper sauce

1/4 tsp

soy sauce

6 oz

spinach

1 cup

egg noodles

2 cups

shredded chicken ((rotisserie chicken works well here))
