green chiles, undrained

diced tomatoes, drained

finely crushed tortilla chips

onion

minced garlic

1 tsp

cumin

1/2 tsp

dried cilantro

egg

1/2 tsp

salt

1/2 tsp

ground pepper

1 tbsp

enchilada sauce

1 tbsp

Worcestershire sauce

Sauce: 1/3 cup enchilada sauce

2/3 cup

brown sugar

Garnish: lettuce, tomato, cilantro, salsa, cheese, sour cream, black olives
