taco seasoning (homemade or store-bought)

black beans, rinsed and drained)

frozen corn (no need to thaw)

diced green chiles

reduced-fat (Neufchatel cream cheese, cubed)

shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)

2 cups

shredded Monterey Jack cheese (divided)
