INGREDIENTS

Warm Milk  - 360 ml (1 1/2 cup)  (about 41 C or 105 F)

Egg - 1 large 

Melted Butter - 60 grams ( 4 tbsp)

Sugar -

Instant Dry Yeast - 1 tbsp  [(2 1/2 tsp) or (one envelope) or (25 grams fresh yeast)]

Salt - 1 1/2 tsp 

Whole Wheat Flour - 330 grams (3 cups)

All Purpose Flour - 185 grams  (1 1/2 cup) 

Additional All Purpose Flour as needed 65 grams (1/2 cup)

Egg wash (beaten egg with 2 tbsp water)

Sesame seeds or poppy seeds
