boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness

salt and black pepper

avocados peeled, pitted and cut into slices (or chopped)

chopped mixed green lettuce

hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced

slices bacon, cooked and chopped

grape or cherry tomatoes, halved

cucumber, sliced in rounds or chopped

crumbled feta or blue cheese

white balsamic vinegar
