Baked Hot Wings with Creamy Gorgonzola Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

4 lbs

about 20 pieces of chicken wings

2 cups

Frank's Red Hot

1

bunch Celery, thin

1/2 tsp

Onion powder

1 1/2 cups

Brown sugar, dark or light

1/2 tsp

Sea salt, coarse

1

Tony chachere "more spice" seasoning

1/2 cup

Gorgonzola or bleu cheese

5 ozs

Greek yogurt, plain

1 cup

Sour cream, light or regular


NOTES

  • 30 min on 350, drain, turn and then about 20 min on 450 to crisp. I don't use sugar in the sauce, and I toss in sauce after they are completely crisped vs basting with sauce as the recipe calls for.
