  • top half of our oven works better (convection) with this recipe. I did 3 loaves vs 2 and cooked them for 23 min at 350 on convection. I also used fine cornmeal vs greasing the pan. And I sprinkled sesame seeds on each loaf immediately after applying the egg wash.
