NOTES
Would half the lemon next time also if using Costco pork, only 3 pork chops

This recipe was good! I do agree with other reviews that it has a strong wine flavor, so I did do some doctoring to the sauce until I got it to the flavor and consistency that I wanted using the other ingredients that made up the sauce. I would probably make it again.
