These are my new favorite addition to sandwiches, salads, crunch wraps, etc. And they are so easy to make and have on hand!
Pickled red onions are an amazing complement to sandwiches, burgers, salads or anything that would benefit from a little zing! Lillie's recipe is dead simple and delicious! I am not a big fan of raw onion, but I absolutely LOVE this pickled version. 😋
Cecily likes these, but I was hesitant. After trying them on a caprese sandwich, I am sold! The pickling process really mutes the strong onion flavor and adds a nice zing.
