crushed red pepper flakes

hot cooked white or brown rice
sliced green onions for garnish
sesame seeds for garnish
Both my 11 and 6 old loved it. Input just a tad bit less red pepper flakes just because I knew little were going to be eating it and man its great. Will definitely making again.
I used ground turkey instead of beef and it was still delicious.
