We loved it and will definitely be using this recipe again! It wasn't over marinated after 18 hours, longer would have been even better.
Delicious, true carne asada flavor--we loved it! I marinated the meat overnight and cooked it on a 450F skillet vs BBQ. We will definitely make this again.
