fresh corn ((frozen works too))
2 15 ounce cans
cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp
fresh lime juice
chopped fresh cilantro (, for serving)
shredded Monterrey Jack cheese (, for serving)
tortilla chips (, for serving (optional))
NOTES
Used 1 4oz can of green chili’s and half a pack of regular cream cheese. Turned out great.

Threw everything except cooked chicken in the instant pot for 5 min. Threw chicken in afterward and it worked great!
